Introduction and acceptance

These Terms & Conditions form an agreement between the user and kissmega concerning access to the website, its information, account features and any casino or sports betting services made available. Withdrawals and verification

A withdrawal request is subject to account verification, payment ownership checks, transaction review, available balance and any valid bonus conditions. kissmega may request supporting documents where reasonably necessary to meet security, fraud-prevention or compliance obligations. Documents must be genuine, legible and current.

Estimated withdrawal times are not guaranteed completion times. Delays may arise from bank maintenance, payment-provider checks, public holidays, blockchain congestion or incomplete verification. Where practical, kissmega will return funds through a payment route connected to the verified account holder. Any applicable fee or limit should be displayed before confirmation.

Bonuses, rewards and VIP benefits

Sports bets on EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC or other events are accepted according to the market description and odds displayed when the wager is confirmed. Results are settled using official or generally recognised data sources. Where an event is postponed, abandoned or materially altered, kissmega may apply the cancellation and settlement rule published for that sport or market.

Errors, interruptions and cancelled activity

kissmega does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, telecommunications faults, device issues, payment-provider outages or events outside reasonable control may affect access. Users should confirm that a wager or transaction appears in the relevant history before assuming it was accepted.

An obvious error includes a materially incorrect price, payout, balance or result that a reasonable person would recognise as unintended. kissmega may investigate and correct an obvious error, including by recalculating or cancelling affected activity. This right will be applied reasonably and not merely because a valid outcome is commercially unfavourable.

Responsible gambling

kissmega is intended as adult entertainment, not a source of income. Users should set affordable deposit and time limits, avoid chasing losses and never gamble with money needed for rent, food, education, transport or other essential expenses. No strategy can remove the risk of loss.

Users may request account closure through support. Closure does not remove obligations arising before the closure date. Valid remaining funds will be handled after verification and adjustment of unresolved transactions, chargebacks, bonuses or amounts obtained through prohibited conduct.

Liability and user responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, kissmega is not responsible for losses caused by a user’s failure to protect credentials, follow payment instructions, check transaction details or understand game and market rules.
